We are a Family Run Business - the Iversons  Cottage is situated at 295 Boardwalk Blvd.

Spring Cove, Ucluelet just off the main road into Ucluelet - Peninsula Road. 

We are only about 5 minutes out of the Town, about 20 minutes from the Pacific Rim National Park and just across from our road is the
Wild Pacific Trail head Trail.

Great quiet location but close to all the Attractions and shopping needs.  Boat launch is in Ucluelet.  

This is a VERY PRIVATE WATERFRONT  1/4 of an acre of property, neighbors not too close.  The cottage and property has all your Vacation needs!!  With your own private access to the Ocean Floor with large viewing and entertaining decks for your enjoyment, large outside patio with patio furniture to sit back and enjoy the Pacific Atmosphere 

The surrounding landscape is
the Rugged Pacific Coast at its BEST!! 

Ample parking even enough room for your boat trailer if planning a fishing trip.  Outside water hose are available for washing your sports gear.

PETS ARE WELCOME - upon approval

Spacious Family 3 level 900 sq. ft. with lots of room to stretch out.  Layout very suitable for 2 families and or a Getaway Retreat for 2.  It will fit all needs up to 7 people without stepping on top of each other, GREAT LAYOUT - 2 bedroom areas are totally separate in the cottage - GREAT PRIVACY plus nice for Entertaining. 

Upper level is the Master Loft with a Queen Bed, separate bathroom and jacuzzi, main levels are the Entertaining areas with beautiful Wood Post and Beam, propane fireplace to cozy up to sitting on some nice leather furniture decor and beautiful oak flooring, this area has a private covered deck overlooking the Cove with a Barbeque for your cooking needs. 

More sleeping accommodations can be accessed by folding out Leather Couch which makes a double bed.   The Modern Kitchen design is fully equipped with full amenities and tile floors, seating for 6. 

Lower level bedroom would make a great KIDS ZONE  and or for additional sleeping accommodations with a double single bunk bed set up, this area has its own access to a covered deck and to the back of the property overlooking the cove.  All levels have TVs and DVD's.

YOU WANT A COTTAGE WITH SPACE AND NICELY DECORATED - PACIFIC RETREAT COTTAGE IS THE ONE.   WE KNOW YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!

Beachcombing at low tide, children can feel safe while Dad and Mom sit and enjoy their refreshments on the lower ocean deck.  

Your pets will love the beach too.
Exploring Spring Cove is a MUST!! 

Why not make Pacific Retreat Cottage you're starting point and bring your kayaks as it is an easy access to the Cove, Ucluelet Inlet and if more adventurous to the Broken Islands in Barclay Sound, after a day of exploring come back to the nice cozy cottage to finish your awesome day.

The Wild Pacific Trail located in the District of Ucluelet is a seven phase trail system skirting the rugged cliffs and shoreline of the westcoast of Vancouver Island.

Overlooking Barkley Sound and the Broken Group Islands to the east and the open Pacific Ocean to the south and west, it offers spectacular shoreline panoramas and seaward vistas through ancient cedar and spruce-framed viewing platforms constructed on the best headlands along the route.
